Booking Terms

1. Identification

Casa La Granada is a holiday accommodation located in Salobreña, Granada, Spain.

Tourist licence number: VFT/GR/09501

For any question related to your booking or stay, please contact us directly before or during your stay.

2. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the agreed payment has been received and our confirmation has been sent by email or message.

3. Prices and payment

The total price of the stay is shown at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made according to the conditions indicated during the reservation process.

The price includes standard cleaning after departure. However, exceptional cleaning resulting from the house being left in an unusually dirty condition may be charged separately.

4. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €300 may be requested before arrival. The payment method will be confirmed directly before check-in.

The deposit will be returned after check-out, once the house has been inspected and provided it has been left in a satisfactory condition. Deductions may apply in the event of damage, loss, missing items or exceptional cleaning.

5. Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 28 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival, the total amount of the stay remains due. Please also refer to our Cancellation Policy.

6. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are communicated before arrival.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • check-in is possible from the agreed arrival time
  • check-out must take place before the agreed departure time

Guests are kindly asked to respect these times so the house can be prepared properly for each stay.

7. Occupancy

The house may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests

8. House rules

Guests agree to respect the house, its contents, the neighbours and the house rules shared before or during the stay. In particular:

  • smoking is allowed only on the terrace
  • children must be supervised, especially on the terrace
  • the parasol must remain closed when not in use
  • lightweight items should not be left outside when it is windy
  • the house and its equipment must be used with reasonable care

9. Damage and responsibility

Guests are responsible for any significant damage caused during their stay beyond normal use. If something is broken, damaged or not working properly, guests are asked to let us know as soon as possible so that the best solution can be found.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for loss, theft, accident or injury occurring during the stay, except where required by applicable law. Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and for using the house and its equipment with due care.

11. Right to refuse or end a stay

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay in the event of a serious breach of these terms, including damage, unsafe behaviour, unauthorised parties or exceeding the maximum number of guests.
